WAPCOS is proud to be associated with this Project for preparation of Detailed Project Report and as Project Management Consultant. WAPCOS has played an instrumental role to ensure that the construction works are executed with utmost quality and safety standards. This water supply project benefits around 1,36,000 residents of Tinde & Shelui towns and adjacent 31 villages with safe drinking water ending the water worries in the region.

WAPCOS has successfully constructed 4 store hostel building with 100 hostel rooms to accommodate 300 Athletes, 24 Studio Apartments, Kitchen & Dinning, Recreation area, external development works, etc. WAPCOS is developing various Sports Infrastructure Facilities at various locations in India for Sports Authority of India (SAI) under Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports.

    An MoU was signed today between WAPCOS and National Institute of Wind Energy (NIWE), an autonomous R&D institution under the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, Government of India at WAPCOS, New Delhi office for mutual co-operation in the field of Wind Energy. In the presence of Mr. R. K. Agrawal, CMD, WAPCOS & NPCC, the MoU was exchanged between Mr. Anupam Mishra, Director (C&HRD), WAPCOS and Dr. K. Balaraman, Director General, NIWE. The event was also attended by Mr. Amitabh Tripathi, Senior Executive Director (D&RE); Mr. Ankur Panwar, General Manager (RE,T&D) and Mr. Manoj Kumar, Addl. Chief Engineer (Power), WAPCOS.
